My name is Nicholas Arter, a sophomore at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I live a short walk away from campus in Thomas Hall apartments. Currently, I'm pursuing my bachelors degree in Communications media, along with a minor in the Sociology department to compliment. I'm still unsure where exactly I would like to direct my career in the Communications Media field because of the immense broadness of subjects associated with the field. I plan to simply sponge in as much possible information as I can in all areas of Communication study- from radio, television, graphic design to web design. Each of the subsiding career paths in the field of study interest me and I wouldn't want to disservice myself by having tunnel vision while driving down my career path.

I am a member of the 2008 graduating class of Susquehanna Township High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I enjoy bowling, golfing and playing basketball. I, also, enjoy music- listening to music, writing music, and playing music. I would say writing music shares a majority of my free time and is my favorite hobby. In my free time I , also, write poetry and enjoy writing short stories. I don't watch too much Television but I do leisurely read from time to time. My favorite book is the 48 Laws of Power written by Richard Greene. Although I don't watch too much Television, I absolutely love going to theaters to watch the latest movies- my favorite movie is the Dark Knight. I would describe my personality as friendly and easy going. I hope that in these short two description, you can grasp a pretty good understanding of me.
